I have significant experience with process development and automation as well as integrating Microsoft Office products with Lotus Notes. I also have three years experience in Lotus Notes/Domino Administration.
I have experience in web development, including HTML, Javascript, PHP, and ASP.
I have excellent business and technical writing skills. I worked as a Technical Writer and Proposal Writer/Proposal Team Lead for two years, where I generated proposals for approximately $35m worth of new business.

My development accomplishments include
- Designing an asset management tracking system that allowed technicians in the field to record their work performed in customer locations
- Designing an application which was used by both IBM and its customers to manage large-scale conversion projects. This application allowed for issue tracking, task management, project planning, and real-time reporting of progress
- Designing an application which allows users to collaborate for documentation, calendar, and vacation tracking
- Designing and ad hoc and fixed reporting tool to work with Lotus Notes/Domino applications
- Various projects integrating Lotus Notes/Domino 5 and 6 with DB2
1999 to 2001: CDI Corporation (on contract for IBM)
Technical Writer / Proposal Writer/ Proposal Team Lead
While working as a Technical Writer, I was responsible for preparing the deskside documentation for a Level 3 help desk. Additionally, I developed an application to allow for regular reviews of this documentation. I also wrote detailed desk-side documentation for installation projects; this documentation was used by both project managers and support technicians.
In my role as a Proposal Writer/Team Lead, I was responsible for reviewing project plans and the business solution and preparing cost cases and Statements of Work to match. During my tenure as a Proposal Team Lead, I generated proposals securing over $35m in new business for IBM.
1995 to 1999: Laboratory Corporation of America
Client Product Coordinator / Computer Analyst
I began working for LabCorp in 1995 as a courier and quickly worked my way up, becoming first a Human Resources Assistant. During this time, I collaborated on special projects with the divisional Vice President, including developing and administering a system to track employee raises against the five state region-wide budget.
Through this work, I was recommended for a position in the Information Services department. While working in the IS department, I became instrumental in implementing a new Customer Management solution and developing business processes for the Billing, Customer Service, and IS departments. I also documented processes and procedures within the IS department, and became the Open VMS administrator.
